  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until slightly golden. Then, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic along with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook everything together for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Finish by drizzling lemon juice over the mixture. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
