Ingredients

– Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– Canned black beans

– Canned corn

– Taco seasoning

– Sour cream

– Salsa

– Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.

2. Cook diced chicken in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes).
